Pancreta bank headquarters

Located in the heart of Heraklion, Crete, this project was initiated to support the rapid growth of
a bank. The program includes a branch and a building management sector on the ground floor, a business
center on the mezzanine, office spaces on the first floor, and C-level executive offices on the second
floor.

The architectural approach emphasized a highly efficient spatial layout to accommodate the
bank’s significant space requirements, while in the ground-floor branch area, we had the opportunity to
establish a new visual and architectural identity for the institution.

The project demanded solutions that adhered to high architectural and technological standards, a goal we achieved by leveraging Revit (BIM) for precise modeling and coordination throughout the design process.
