Two residences in Costa, Argolis

Located in a highly sought-after area near Porto Heli, this property includes a newly acquired section that needed seamless integration with the existing estate. Our role was to develop a masterplan for the main and secondary routes for vehicles, golf carts, and pedestrians, carefully arranged to preserve the privacy of family members. These two structures, originally built in the 90s, feature a classic layout but lack distinct architectural character.

Our vision was to reimagine these residences with an aesthetic narrative inspired by the rich architectural heritage of nearby Hydra and Spetses, adding a timeless character for the property. Inside, we designed the space as a collector’s home, filled with pieces that reflect the client’s life across continents, building a tapestry of memories through unique items with diverse origins. Our goal was to blend historic and contemporary Greek culture, shaping an environment that is both inspiring and grounded, achieving an elegance that feels intimate and welcoming.
